Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€

- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Oltrarno neighbourhood, not far from the church of Santo Spirito, and is one of the most historic parts of the city.The Oltrarno neighbourhood has plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, theatres, museums, boutiques and artisan workshops typical of the historical centre of Florence to satisfy any taste. You can also easily reach the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Pitti on foot.

Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
